To ensure your preferred treatments and times, we strongly recommend scheduling your services well in advance. A credit card or member number is required at the time of reservation. Guests must be at least 14 years of age to enjoy a spa experience. Guests 14-17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their experience and will be booked with a provider of the same gender. Guests 14-17 years of age must have a parent or guardian in the spa during the treatment time. Massage and body treatments will be reserved with the same gender provider for guests 14-17 years of age. Guests 14 - 17 years of age do not have access to spa amenities or the facility, and may only receive treatments. Our goal is to ensure the most enjoyable spa experience for all of our guests, which includes places to lounge and enjoy the spa’s relaxation areas without overcrowding.

Use of the spa amenities, lockers and access to the Soaking Pools & Garden are complimentary with a 50-plus-minute massage, facial or body treatment. Guests with 50-minute massage, facial and body treatments may also schedule dining during their spa visit.

At checkout, Trellis Spa adds a 23% taxable service charge to the cost of treatments and services. This charge is considered your gratuity and it will be distributed to staff assisting you with your visit. Additional gratuity may be provided at your discretion.

In the event that your requested date is not available, a wait list will be provided to accommodate you in the event of a cancellation.

As a courtesy to other guests and to our therapists, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellations, “no shows” or changes made less than 24 hours prior will be charged 100% of the service fee. Unfortunately, late arrivals will result in a shortened service. Your treatment will end on time so that our next guest is not delayed. Late arrivals will be responsible for the full treatment price; service price will not be reduced based upon arrival time.
