In 1974, Frank Stilley, a man in his early 20s, embarked on a journey that would define his life and shape the future of Amstill Roofing. Driven by a vision to create a company that values quality workmanship and strong customer relationships, Frank laid the foundation for a business built on integrity and hard work.

Frank, a single father, faced the challenge of raising his son, Sam, while simultaneously establishing Amstill Roofing. He led by example, dedicating countless late nights to working alongside Sam, whether tackling office tasks or climbing roofs. From a young age, Sam absorbed the intricacies of the roofing business on his father’s side. He witnessed Frank’s unwavering work ethic firsthand, carrying shingles and completing evening estimates after long days on job sites. Often, Sam would fall asleep in the office, a testament to the hands-on learning experience Frank provided.

Through these shared experiences, Frank instilled in Sam the core values that continue to be the cornerstone of Amstill Roofing today: commitment, integrity, teamwork, excellence, and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. These values are woven into the fabric of everything we do, ensuring that every project receives the attention to detail and dedication it deserves.

The Amstill Roofing team, led by key figures such as Destiny Miller, our office manager, and Matt Brewster, the Roofing Consultant Manager, showcases unmatched dedication and expertise. Destiny ensures operations run smoothly during critical times, supporting effective client engagement. Matt strategically manages both our internal and external consultants, including Brian Mazas and Clark Hillegeist, who are pivotal in supporting field operations with their in-depth knowledge.

Behind the scenes, Claudia, our administrative assistant, and Candyce Hedrick, our exceptional receptionist, contribute significantly to our operational success. Their roles are essential in maintaining the flow of information and ensuring client interactions are smooth and professional.
